Beyond just the revenue growth and customer add numbers for these to products, the analyst firms get far more inquiries about them than any other CRM solutions. That’s a good leading indicator of future performance.
Well sure, only if customers use Outlook and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite. Or if you’d prefer to get a market leading solution for about half the cost of the alternative, supported by a local implementation expert.
