Q: What are your key products?
A: We offer 4 products.
- SalesPad improves efficiency in sales order processing and purchasing.
- DataCollection supports barcoded receiving, picking, inventory management, and label printing.
- ShipTo integrates Dynamics GP with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manger.
- Outlook Add-in for SalesPad integrates SalesPad CRM functions (scheduled tasks & CRM notes) with Microsoft Outlook.
Q: What are your key features that are not in core Dynamics?
A: In many ways we overlap core Dynamics functionality, but our workflow for managing sales documents is unique to SalesPad. We also have built-in Credit Card Processing and support unlimited User Defined Fields on almost all major business object including Customer, Vendors, Contact Addresses, Inventory Items, Sales Documents, and Purchase Orders. In short we allow Dynamics GP users to significantly extend the information they are storing and then more easily access it.
Q: What business problems do your products help solve?
A: We bring a significantly increased level of efficiency to almost all aspects of the customer service and purchasing process by providing the following:
Easy access to complete customer and vendor information. Anything you want to know about your customers and vendors consolidated into just a few screens.
Easy creation of any type of sales document. Our document entry screen is highly configurable and provides easy access to customer and inventory information with just a few clicks.
Improved order sales document management. SalesPad workflow is easy to configure, doesn’t require SharePoint, and allows users to totally control the flow of any type of sales document through a user defined business process.
Easy access to complete inventory information. Our inventory lookup places anything you need to know about your inventory close to the surface and easy to access during sales order entry or purchase order creation.
Q: In what competitive business scenarios does your product give partners an edge?
A: If a partner is working on an opportunity where high volume transaction processing is a key to getting the deal, we will definitely give them an edge by putting a much more efficient and configurable front-end on Dynamics GP sales order entry. We have helped partners win deals when competing with MAS-90/200, SAP Business One, and Activant (Profit 21) among other ERP solutions.
In addition, we significantly reduce the overall number of ISV products that a partner needs to introduce to win a competitive ERP deal.
